Our fees

1. For the preliminary studies, the development of the files and the follow-up of the operation, we agree on contractual fees which depend on the importance of the missions which are entrusted to us.

2. For the financing or the investment, it is a percentage of the financing obtained or the investment realized. The fees are the following, always indicated in net of tax and in EUROS :

• From 700,000  to less than 2 million :         4% 
• From 2 million to less than 4 million :        3.5% without being less than 80,000
• From 4 million to less than 8 million :        3% without being less than 140,000
• 8 million and more :                                    2.5% without being less than 240,000.
